I was inspired by my friend, Glenda Boozer, to start formatting some of my short stories for the Kindle to sell on Amazon so that they can, perhaps, become more than just dust bunnies on the hard drive. To celebrate the release of my first story in this new venue, you can get it for free April 26th through April 30th.

Cold Blue ( [link] )is a Grand Prize winning story originally published in the April 2003 issue of Renderosity Magazine.

Description:
Anthony Pierce always dreamed of the mythical, magical, supernatural beings. He longed to dance with Elves or fly on a Dragon. So, getting a Security position at Algeron Penal Colony where a plethora of said beasties were incarcerated seemed like a dream job. Little did he know, the dream would end up a nightmare.
